What to expect once you become a client

Here’s how getting started works:

We’ll be in touch quickly (usually within a few days) to have a short call and find out if we’re the right fit for each other.

If we’re a good match, we’ll put together a proposal and talk through how we can help. Then we’ll get you onboarded!

For self-assessment clients, we can usually get you onboarded within 2–4 weeks.

For limited companies it’s typically a little longer, around one to two months, because we want to do it properly.

While we get things set up, you’ll receive a monthly dose of useful tips and advice for running your creative business.

We know that being brave with your finances is easier when you actually understand them!
